- We do not sell directly to general public, however, you can contact one of the retail stores who stock our products or go to www.nulighting.com.au to order products online

- This would be case by case depending on the products and your destination country. Please send your enquiry by email or contact one of our sales agent
- How long does it take to deliver?
- Most order can dispatch within 2 business days, but it may depend as some of the product are manufactured to order. If the products are not stock, it can take 2 weeks lead time. In some cases, it can take 6 - 8 weeks. Please feel free to contact sales rep for confirmation
- Is there a Warranty or a guarantee policy?
- There is a minimum 12 months manufacturer warranty with every product to ensure that consumer gets the ease of mind that their product is of great qualities
- How much is delivery?
- We usually offer free shipping (FIS) for orders above $250, however, in some cases, especially NT, TAS, WA, we may charge freight if the products is bunky
