- We are committed to keeping shipping costs as low as possible. The actual shipping charges are calculated based on your postcode, the size of each item in your order and the quantity of each item in your order. We do not charge any handling fees. Customer can arrange their own courier to pick up the goods or we can arrange the delivery.
- Stock Availability
- We would prefer you can contact one of our sales rep to confirm the stock availability before you make your order. Some of the products are immediately available for dispatch where others may have a lead time based on the products.

- Returns & Replacements
- You would need prior authorisation and a copy of an invoice to return good to us. Citilux will issues a credit note only after the good have been return to us and have been authorised by our representative. Citilux do not accept partial cancellation unless it has been consented in writing by our representative All claim or damage good must be notified to us within 7 days after delivery. Otherwise Citilux would not accept any claims due to damage or claims

- We accept bank transfer and major credit card. Due to the lighting industry, Citilux reserve the right to change/adjust the price according to the current standard price at the date of delivery. A Quotation does not constitute to an offer and will only remain valid for 7 days from the date of the quotation. A Quotation price does not include any tax, or impost levied in respect to the goods.
